Bernard’s practice focuses on ADR, commercial dispute resolution, investment treaty and commercial arbitration, international trade, investment law, and cross-border compliance.

Notable is that he undertook his articles of pupillage at The Office of The Director of Public Prosecutions, Kenya. He has previously served as National Coordinator at The Youth Senate Kenya. He serves as an Arbitrator and Memorial Judge for the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Skadden Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot.
